Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect account information such as your email address and, if provided, display name. If you use Google sign-in, we receive the information Google provides for that sign-in, such as name, email address, and account identifier, but not your Google password.

We receive subscription, purchase, renewal, and billing-status information from Stripe. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers. We also collect communications you send us, usage and device information such as pages viewed, browser type, IP address, timestamps, and error logs, plus authentication, preference, and analytics cookies or identifiers.

2. Information we do not collect

We do not collect your social-security number, government-ID number, precise location, or biometric information. We do not connect to, log into, or receive information from your DFS, sportsbook, prediction-market, exchange, or other operator accounts. We do not collect their balances, deposits, withdrawals, winnings, losses, contest entries, lineups, wagers, trades, orders, or position history.

Sports, salary, prop-line, market-price, role, and game-context information concerns athletes and sporting events, not you; it is not derived from your account activity.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to provide and secure the Service, create and authenticate accounts, process subscriptions and payments, respond to support requests, send service and billing messages, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, analyze aggregate usage, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train third-party artificial-intelligence models. Our pricing models use sports, salary, market, role, usage, and slate-context information, not personal information. We may use de-identified or aggregated usage information to improve the Service.

4. How we share information

We share information with providers that operate the Service for us: Supabase for authentication, database services, and account sign-in emails; Stripe for payments; OpenAI Sites for hosting; Google Analytics for usage analytics; Google if you choose Google sign-in; and professional advisers or authorities when legally necessary. We may also share information in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets. We require service providers to use information only to provide their services to us.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use necessary cookies and storage for sign-in, sessions, and security; preference storage for display settings; and Google Analytics identifiers to understand feature use and performance. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You may control cookies through your browser settings and Google's available privacy controls, although disabling necessary cookies can affect core features.

6. Retention and security

We retain personal information for the life of an account and afterward only as reasonably necessary for support, security, disputes, chargebacks, legal obligations, tax, accounting, and consumer-protection purposes. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information indefinitely.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and provider security controls. No system is completely secure.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising. To make a request, email support@misterprice.ai from the email address on your account. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law. You may appeal a denied request by replying with the subject “Privacy Appeal.”

8. U.S.-focused service and third-party platforms

Mister Price is based in the United States and is designed for a U.S.-focused sports-research audience. If we actively offer the Service in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we will add applicable disclosures and safeguards. The Service may link to third-party platforms; their privacy policies govern their own services. We are not affiliated with DraftKings, FanDuel, Kalshi, Polymarket, any DFS operator, sportsbook, prediction-market venue, league, or team.

9. Children, updates, and contact

The Service is for adults. We do not permit people under 18 to create accounts and will delete personal information collected from a minor when we learn of it. We may update this Policy and will post a revised effective date; we will provide additional notice when required by law.
