Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Do not use the Service if you do not agree. You must be at least 18 years old, have capacity to enter these Terms, and be permitted to use the Service under laws that apply to you.

2. Informational service only

Mister Price provides DFS pricing intelligence and beta player-prop research. Scores, fair-probability estimates, expected-value estimates, confidence ratings, action labels, and explanations are estimates, not advice or guarantees. The Service is not financial, investment, gambling, legal, tax, or other professional advice. You make your own decisions and bear your own costs and losses.

We are not a DFS operator, sportsbook, gambling operator, prediction-market exchange, broker, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, money transmitter, or payment processor for wagers. We do not accept, place, transmit, broker, match, clear, or settle entries, bets, trades, orders, or wagers. Mister Price is not a lineup optimizer.

3. Prop Radar beta

Prop Radar is an informational beta watchlist. It may use current open-market reference pricing and fallback reference data, and it may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. It does not connect to user venue accounts, route or execute orders, place bets or trades, hold funds, provide custody or wallet services, or manage accounts. It does not retain a full order-book or closing-price history. Displayed prices and markets may no longer be available when you view them. DFS salary-edge research does not automatically validate prop-market signals.

4. Legal compliance and third parties

You are solely responsible for determining whether DFS, wagering, prediction-market activity, player-prop contests, and use of third-party platforms are lawful and permitted where you are located. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform's terms, including restrictions on location, eligibility, data, automation, and commercial use. Mister Price is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DraftKings, FanDuel, Kalshi, Polymarket, any DFS operator, sportsbook, prediction-market venue, league, team, or player association.

5. Accounts

Accounts are for one individual. Keep your credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to support@misterprice.ai. You may not share, sell, rent, transfer, or provide access to your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably believe are shared, fraudulent, automated, or used in violation of these Terms.

6. Weekly access and cancellation

Weekly Access is $14.99 per week. A purchase automatically renews until cancelled. Before purchase, we disclose the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

You may cancel online through your account menu and Stripe Billing Portal, or by emailing support@misterprice.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access remains available through the end of the paid period. We do not require a call, chat, or retention process to cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or when we choose to issue a refund or credit in our discretion.

7. License and restrictions

We grant you a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and its outputs for personal, non-commercial sports research. You may share a limited, attributed screenshot or short excerpt for non-commercial commentary if you do not reveal a substantial portion of the board or remove Mister Price branding.

You may not scrape, crawl, automate access to, reverse engineer, republish, resell, redistribute, sublicense, bulk-post, or use the Service or its outputs to build, train, benchmark, or improve another product, model, dataset, or service. You may not bypass access controls, interfere with the Service, or use it in violation of law or third-party terms.

8. Intellectual property and third-party information

The Service, including its software, models, scores, data compilations, methods, text, design, and branding, is owned by Mister Price or its licensors. Third-party and publicly available sports, salary, and market information may be subject to third-party rights or restrictions. We provide no rights in third-party data beyond the limited license above.

9. Availability, beta features, and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service, a slate board, data, or an update will be available before any particular lock time or market close. Beta and similar features are provided as-is and may be changed or withdrawn.

10. Responsible play

DFS, wagering, player-prop contests, and prediction markets can involve financial loss and may be addictive. Risk only what you can afford to lose. Do not use the Service if you are underage, self-excluded, blocked, or otherwise prohibited from relevant activity where you are located. U.S. gambling-problem resources are available through the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER and ncpgambling.org.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and timeliness. We do not guarantee any winnings, profits, avoided losses, contest performance, market availability, or other outcome.

12. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mister Price will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, contest winnings, entry fees, wagers, data, or opportunity. Our total liability arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid us in the preceding 12 months or $100.

You will indemnify and hold harmless Mister Price and its officers, members, employees, contractors, and agents from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, or your DFS, wagering, trading, lineup, or other financial decisions.

13. Arbitration and class-action waiver

Before initiating arbitration or court proceedings, send a notice of dispute to support@misterprice.ai and Mister Price LLC, 202 N Cedar Ave, Suite #1, Owatonna, MN 55060. The parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute for 60 days. Except for small claims, intellectual-property, or unauthorized-access claims, disputes will be resolved by individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration is seated in Hennepin County, Minnesota, although qualifying claims may proceed by documents, phone, video, or a convenient in-person location.

You and Mister Price waive a jury trial and the right to participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@misterprice.ai with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out,” your name, and the email on your account. Mandatory consumer protections may apply where required by law.

14. Governing law, changes, and contact

Minnesota law governs these Terms, and non-arbitrated disputes are subject to the courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, except where non-waivable law provides otherwise. We may update these Terms and will post a revised effective date; for material changes, we will provide notice where required. Claims must be brought within one year after they arise where permitted by law.
